AmericOil, Inc. // Privacy Policy

Your right to online privacy is important. To help you better understand what information AmericOil, Inc. ("AmericOil") collects about you and how AmericOil uses it, please review this privacy policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail AmericOil at info@rerefinedmotoroil.com. AmericOil reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. If AmericOil modifies this policy, notice will be provided on www.rerefinedmotoroil.com (the "Site"). Please note that this privacy policy only applies to the information that we collect via the Site.

A. INFORMATION COLLECTION

AmericOil does not collect information about you as a requirement to navigate a majority of the Site. However, AmericOil does collect some information about you to handle your requests. Example requests include registering for events using the Site, requesting a demonstration of AmericOil products, requesting further information about AmericOil products, and ordering AmericOil products.

The information that AmericOil collects is usually your business contact information, including your name and e-mail address, as well as your title, company name and address, and telephone number. AmericOil may also collect your credit card information and other purchasing and business information, as well. The exact information collected may vary, depending on your particular request.

AmericOil does not yet, but it may soon start using "cookies." Cookies are small pieces of information that the Site places on your computer's hard drive. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your web browser to block them in the future (although blocking cookies may affect the operation of the Site).

B. ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION

AmericOil does not sell, trade, or rent your information to others, but will use information you provide to support and enhance your relationship with AmericOil and to contact and notify you of products and services that might be of interest to you. AmericOil will also use the information provided by you in order to handle your requests and to provide you with better customer service, such as authorizing credit card transactions or providing you with AmericOil's marketing material via email or postal mail. Occasionally, AmericOil may hire one or more third parties to act on its behalf for projects, such as market research surveys, and will provide information to these third parties for use in connection with these projects.

AmericOil may also release your information to its advisors and the appropriate authorities when AmericOil believes, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of AmericOil, AmericOil' users, or others. AmericOil may also sell, transfer and disclose your information as part of a business divestiture, sale, merger, or acquisition of all or a part of AmericOil's business.

You may request, update, or correct your contact information by using the "Log In" feature on www.ReRefinedMotorOil.com or by emailing AmericOil at legal@rerefinedmotoroil.com.

D. SECURITY

In addition, the Site may contain links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. AmericOil does not have any control over these other sites, and is not responsible for actions or privacy policies of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. AmericOil provides these links to these other sites to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AmericOil of any of the policies of the other sites.

E. OPT-OUT POLICY

Periodically, AmericOil may send you information about its various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. Only AmericOil, or its agents working on behalf of AmericOil, will send you these direct mailings or e-mails. If you do not want to be included in AmericOil's marketing list, simply tell us by sending us an e-mail at online@AmericOil.com.
